JLI makes accepting your digital files as easy as 1,2,3! Choose the method that works best for you. Submit all files via CD, DVD, Zip Disk, Floppy Disk, E-Mail, or FTP.

1. Images
Please include all linked or embedded images with each document. All full color photographs must be CMYK tif’s or eps’s unless otherwise specified. All scanned images should be at least 5 megs per sq. ft. or 150 dpi at final output size.

2. Colors
All submitted electronic files should be constructed of Pantone Spot Colors, CMYK make-up colors, or a combination of the two.

Please make sure color descriptions match what is in your files. For example, a 2 color job should only consist of 2 Pantone Spot Colors, while a four color job could consist of unlimited CMYK make-up colors or 4 Pantone Spot Colors.

3. Fonts
Please include a copy of all fonts used in your final document. This includes all screen fonts and corresponding printer fonts. Postscript fonts are preferred.
