Prepress
After the design of a product is finalized and proofs are approved, the files are submitted to the prepress department. Here all files are pre-flighted for errors, colors are separated and plates for the press are output.

We use the latest CreoTM technology, including the SpectrumTM thermal halftone proofing system, the IntegrisTM inkjet proofing system and the Trendsetter® 800 II platesetter. This equipment combined with the latest printing technique called Staccato® can only result in superior quality proofs and printed material. See Diagram.

CreoTM is a global company with key strengths in imaging and software technology, and is the world's largest supplier of prepress equipment for the graphic arts industry.

Offset Printing
Once the plates are finished, they move on to the printing process. Offset printing, also referred to as lithography, is the method of transferring an image from flexible metal plates that are attached to large cylinders on the press, to rubber blankets which offsets the image with ink onto the paper.

Offset printing presses are more efficient and run at much higher speeds than screen presses, and are ideal for larger quantity runs.
